The film starts with parodying a well-known YouTube video of Katy Perry on Sesame Street and having sexual contact with Elmer. Allusions to their songs are also made (e.g. I kissed a puppet as an allusion to I Kissed a Girl ). In the further course she meets other stars and well-known personalities, such as Rhianna , Snoop Dogg , Lady Gaga and Kesha , who become sexually active and is shown with different looks.
