Keith Powers
Keith Tyree Powers (born August 22, 1992 in Sacramento , California ) is an American actor and model . He was best known for his roles as Ronie Devoe in the BET miniseries The New Edittion Story and Tyree in Striaght Outta Compton .
life and career
Powers began his modeling career at the age of 9 and was heavily influenced by his mother, Jennifer Clark. Nevertheless, he developed a passion for sports and played soccer at his school, Sheldon High School in Elk Grove .
After graduating in 2010, he focused on his modeling career and worked for Calvin Klein , JCPenny, Sketchers and Aeropstale.
In 2013 Powers made his acting debut in House Party: Tonight's the Night , a video comedy film released under Warner Brothers .
