Ken Wilmshurst
Ken Wilmshurst (actually Kenneth Stanley David Wilmshurst; born April 9, 1931 in Calcutta , † October 3, 1992 in Cobham , Surrey ) was a British long and triple jumper .
At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Vancouver in 1954 , he won the long and triple jump for England and was sixth over the 440 yard hurdles. In 1956 he was eleventh in the long jump and ninth in the triple jump at the Olympic Games in Melbourne . At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff in 1958 , he was eleventh in the long jump and fifth in the triple jump.
He was five times English champion in the triple jump (1953-1957) and once over 220 yards hurdles (1958).
