Kent Nerburn

Kent Michael Nerburn (born July 3, 1946 in Minneapolis , Minnesota ) is an American ethnologist and writer who deals in his publications with the life and work of the natives of the North American continent .

Life

Nerburn was born on July 3, 1946 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Lloyd and Virginia Nerburn. After graduating from high school , Nerburn began studying American Studies at the University of Minnesota , which he successfully completed. After this, he led his high school education at the Graduate School of Stanford University , with the topics of religious studies and humanities continue to look for a change at the Graduate School Graduate Theological Union of the University of California, Berkeley in the fields of art history to graduate and religious studies.

Film adaptations

In 2016, director Steven Lewis Simpson , in collaboration with Nerburn, adapted his work Neither Wolf Nor Dog for the big screen.
