Kim Sung-hyun ( kor. 김성현 ; born June 25, 1993 ) is a South Korean football player .

Career

Kim Sung-hyun learned to play football in the youth team of the first division club Gyeongnam FC in Changwon . Here he signed his first contract in December 2012. He was on the field 16 times for the club. In 2014 he moved to Chungju for Chungju Hummel FC , a club that played in the second division, the K League 2 . From October 2014 to October 2015 he was loaned to Asan Mugunghwa FC . Asan Mugunghwa FC is an athletic division of the South Korean military. Therefore, the franchise roster consists of young professional football players who are currently doing their military service. Due to the franchise's military status, it is not allowed to sign foreign players. In 2016 he moved to his former club Gyeongnam FC for a year. The Thai club Khon Kaen FC from Khon Kaen , which played in the Thai League 3 , signed in early 2017. After the end of the 2017 season, Khon Kaen was champion of the upper region and thus rose to the Thai League 2 . He played for the second division until 2019. In 2020 he went back to his home country and joined the second division club Seoul E-Land FC from Seoul .
