action

The summer holidays are approaching and both the children on earth and the elves in the elf world can hardly wait until the last day of school is over. The Kobolde HP, the Kobold boss and his assistant Sanderson, are also looking forward to putting their “37-year plan” into practice. 37 years ago they raised an adopted child like a goblin in order to rule the elven world with him. This former adoptive child is called Flappy Bob and convinces all parents in Dimmsdale to send their children to the Lern-a-torium for the duration of the summer vacation so that they can have a pleasant vacation for themselves. The learning a-torium, however, turns out to be a recruiting center for the goblins. In the exhilaration of dissatisfaction, Timmy wants his elves to make children rule the world. This increases the satisfaction of the children to such an extent that the boss of the elf world, Jean-Claude van Ramme, pulls all elves off the earth and imprisons them. As a result, the goblins now have free rein to create the gray, boring goblin world out of the colorful and fun world of elves, in which all elves are dressed the same and have no magic.

Cosmo and Wanda, Timmy's magic godparents, have managed to escape from the dungeon. However, only Wanda makes it back to earth to prevent worse. Flappy Bob overhears a conversation between HP and Sanderson angrily and decides to thwart their plans. On earth he now lives out his constantly suppressed abilities as a clown and wants to have fun against the oppression of the goblins. He joins Wanda and Timmy, who can't do anything on their own. Flappy Bob discovers that the contract allows him to determine how fun it will be on earth. Thus, the goblins are defeated for the time being and the previously ruling order is restored.
