description

The rectangular plastered hall church was rebuilt in 1736 in place of a previous church, which, however, was not the oldest church. It was renovated and repainted in 1887. In a fire on the night of November 1, 1901, it was destroyed, including the church furnishings , only the outer walls remained. The restored church was consecrated on November 1, 1903. The retracted church tower in the west has a slate-covered top with the tower clock from 1788, on which sits a bulbous dome , which is crowned by a pointed helmet with a tower ball . The organ , built by Carl Loesche in 1885 and destroyed in the fire , was replaced in 1903 by a new organ by Adam Eifert , which has 10 registers divided between 2 manuals and a pedal .
