The kkStB 0.0 was a series of water wagons of the kk state railways of Austria , whose water wagons were originally also for the Istrian State Railroad , for the Dalmatian State Railroad , for the State Railroad Company (StEG), for the Bohemian Northern Railway (BNB), in addition to the kkStB itself the Austrian Local Railway Company (ÖLEG) and a few other local railways.

In the course of nationalization, the kkStB summarized these water vehicles of various dimensions (see table) as row  0.0 . The water cars 0.47–50 were converted in 1905 by the kkStB workshop in Laun from tenders of the 22 series  .

The car 0.01-05, 31 and 49 were vacuum brake , the rest were unrestrained; 0.31 had steam heating , 0.01–05 and 0.31 had water heating .
