Klaus D. Leciejewski

Klaus D. Leciejewski (born September 8, 1948 in Staßfurt ) is a German publicist and entrepreneur who lives and works in Erftstadt near Cologne .

Life

Klaus Leciejewski studied philosophy and history at the University of Leipzig and at the Humboldt University in Berlin , and did his doctorate and habilitation on economic history topics. He later moved to the Federal Republic with his family. First he taught economics at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main , later as an honorary lecturer in business administration at various other universities and colleges. He was director of Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt am Main , managing director of various management consultancies and founded his own management consultancy, KDL-Consulting GmbH, in 2000, which specialized in personnel consulting ( executive search , headhunting and IT consulting ). Since 2010 he has been working exclusively as a publicist. Since 2015 he has been living in Havana / Cuba with his Cuban wife for most of the year .

Leciejewski has three grown children from his first marriage (Susanne Leciejewski, Georg Leciejewski and Edgar Leciejewski ).

Leciejewski has published in German daily newspapers as well as in various magazines on political, economic, historical and culinary topics ( Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung , Süddeutsche Zeitung , Die Welt , Handelsblatt , Bild (newspaper) , Die Zeit , Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger , Das Parlament , Harvard Business Manager , Financial Times Deutschland , Impulse , Capital , Neue Zürcher Zeitung , Axis of the Good , Management Consultant, Foodhunter, Savoir Vivre ). He was also the author of studies on economic and IT issues. He writes columns for the culinary and travel magazine Savoir Vivre. From 2012 to 2015 he published restaurant reviews of German and international gourmet restaurants on his blog GourmetKritik.de . From 2013 to 2015 he took over the BuchGourmet.com domain and wrote cookbook reviews there as editor-in-chief. In 2018 he published the book 111 Reasons to Love Cuba at Schwarzkopf & Schwarzkopf Verlag . October 2018 , two stories by him appeared in the literary magazine Das Plateau , No. 169.
