The Klausenhütte is a formerly managed private refuge between Klausenberg and Zinnenberg not far from the Hochries in the Chiemgau Alps . It is located in the Austrian state of Tyrol , a few meters from the border with Bavaria . It has been closed since 2007 because it no longer met the prescribed standards. The owner is the Baron von Cramer-Klett from Aschau im Chiemgau . The Klausenhütte is not to be confused with the Klausner Hütte in South Tyrol.
