action

François Trémin is the manager of a factory that is about to close. The workforce found out when François was on site with his wife Celine and their son Léo. Léo is barely two years old and is brought into the car by Céline in front of the angry staff. The employee Bruno smashes the car window and kidnaps Léo to the horror of the parents, but also of the staff, who see their position weakened as a result. The police appear and Bruno flees into a forest with Léo in his arms.

After falling down a slope, Bruno initially wants to continue without Léo, but returns to the crying child. Both eat blackberries from the bushes, Léo gives Bruno berries and inspects his finger stump, which Bruno actually hides under a cuff. Bruno slowly returns to the factory, Léo sleeps in his arms. The situation has escalated in front of the factory and employees and police officers are fighting. François and Céline see Bruno, who lets Léo run to them on his own. Police start beating their shields. When Léo reaches his parents' house, the noise is deafening and Léo looks around briefly at Bruno.
