The Kleine Pyhrgas is a mountain in the Ennstal Alps in Upper Austria . With a height of 2023 m above sea level. A. It is located immediately north of the Großer Pyhrgas , the highest peak and western pillar of the Haller Walls . The mountain lies on the edge of the Windischgarstner basin in the Pyhrn-Priel region.
The Gowilalm lies at an altitude of 1375 meters and serves as a refuge on the Kleiner Pyhrgas.
The marked path from the alpine pasture to the summit leads through steep craggy terrain and over rock steps that are secured with wire ropes and chains and therefore requires surefootedness . The walking time is 1½ to 2 hours.
