Kleinmeinfeld is located south of Hartenstein. From the connecting road from Artelshofen to Unterachtel, a road leads into the town center. Upper Franconia and the Upper Palatinate border in the immediate vicinity. The neighborhoods are Hartenstein, Grünreuth, Loch and Großmeinfeld.
