Klosterrohr was a church village and until 1910 a municipality in Lower Bavaria in the Kelheim district office .

In 1867, 83 families lived in the community, whose official name until 1875 was Rohr, Kloster . The district covered almost 400 hectares . On January 1, 1910, the municipality was fully incorporated into the municipality of Rohr, today Rohr in Lower Bavaria .
