Koenraad Vanhoutte
Koenraad Vanhoutte (born August 31, 1957 in Ostend , West Flanders Province , Belgium ) is a Belgian clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Mechlin-Brussels .
Life
Koenraad Vanhoutte received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Bruges on July 17, 1983 . Vanhoutte was Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Bruges from April 23, 2010 to July 10, 2010 and from November 6, 2015 to December 4, 2016 .
On 18 May 2018 Pope appointed him Francis to the titular of Thagora and in Mechelen-Brussels auxiliary bishop. The Archbishop of Mechlin-Brussels, Cardinal Jozef De Kesel , donated him episcopal ordination on September 2nd of the same year . Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Bruges, Lodewijk Aerts , and the Bishop of Antwerp , Johan Bonny .
