The College for Building and Design Vilnius (lit. Vilniaus statybos ir dizaino kolegija , VSDK) was a state university in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius .
history
In 1954, the Vilnius Technical Center for Construction ( Vilniaus statybos technikumas ) was built on the decision of the Minister of Construction of Soviet Lithuania . On July 5, 1991, it was reorganized into the Vilnius Building School ( Vilniaus aukštesnioji statybos mokykla ). In 2002 it became the College of Construction and Design Vilnius. It became the College of Technologies and Design Vilnius in 2008 . Two faculties were founded from the VSDK: construction and design. There are four courses of study at the building faculty: civil engineering, civil engineering systems, thermal energy management ( thermal engineering), geodesy and cadastre . The design faculty has two courses of study ( graphic design and interior design ).
