Konur (kurd. Nixayila ) is a village in Şemdinli County, Hakkâri Province . It is located in the southeast of Turkey . Konur is located at 1,300 m above sea level , 45 km west of the district town. A primary school belongs to the village. The roads to the village are unpaved and the electricity supply is unreliable.
In 2000 818 people lived here, in 2012 a total of 1143. In the vicinity of the village there are repeated clashes between security forces and the guerrilla forces of the Kurdistan Workers' Party . In September 1992, 22 soldiers were killed in an attack by the PKK. In October 2008 the PKK attacked the Aktütün (Kurd. Bezele ) border guard . 38 people, including 23 attackers, were killed. The hamlet Aktütün (Turkish Aktütün Mezrası ) belongs administratively to Konur.
