Konvent 27 , also known as the Blue Star Courtyard , is a listed courtyard complex in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The courtyard complex is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the east side of the Konvent street on the south side of the intersection with the Kaplanei street and is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as an agricultural citizen's farm. South of the house was the Konvent 28 house, which had a black kitchen but was demolished around 1970 .

Architecture and history

Most of the half-timbered buildings in the courtyard date from the 18th century, but were partially rebuilt in later times. The house facing the convent has remains of decorative brickwork in its compartments . There is also a remarkable gate system. A barn with bracing, possibly also built as a half-timbered building, belongs to the courtyard . Two other buildings in the courtyard were built around 1800. The free courtyard area covers an area of ​​around 350 m².

The property is now used for residential purposes. It can also be used as a holiday home .
