The Korea National League 2007 was the fifth season of the second highest South Korean football league under this name. The game was played in 2 rounds. The winners of each round played for the title in the championship game. The defending champion of the Korea National League 2006 was Goyang KB Kookmin Bank FC . Goyang Kookmin was supposed to be promoted to the K League as the winner of the last Korean National League season, but a guarantee of USD 2 million was required, which the franchise did not want to pay, so the club decided against promotion. The association punished the club with a deduction of 20 points. It was agreed to distribute the 20 points over the 2 rounds in the second division. So the franchise was deducted 10 points in both rounds. Yeosu IGNEX FC joined the league and Gimpo Hallelujah FC moved to Ansan and renamed itself Ansan Hallelujah FC. Ulsan Mipo Dolphins FC won the title again.
