The Korea National League trophy in 2017 was the 13th edition of the football - cup competition for South Korean club teams of the Korea National League . The eight teams of the Korea National League took part in this tournament. The defending champion was Ulsan Hyundai Mipo Dockyard Dolphin FC . Changwon FC won this year's title.

The cup tournament began on June 3 with the group stage and ended on June 16, 2017 with the final.

All 8 National League teams were divided into two groups of 4 teams each. The best two from both groups qualified for the semi-finals. The winners of the semi-finals play for the cup in the final.

Knockout round

In the semifinals, the best four teams played against each other for the final. In the final, Changwon FC and Cheonan City FC played for the 2017 Korea National League Cup. The semi-finals took place on June 13th and the final on June 16, 2017. Changwon FC beat Cheonan City FC 4-3 on penalties.
