The Korea National League 2018 was the 16th season of the third highest South Korean football league under this name. The season started in March 2018 and ended with the championship finals in November. League champion was Gyeongju KHNP FC .

First, all teams played against each other in the round two. The best 4 teams then qualify for the championship games. In the championship games, the teams from 3rd and 4th place first play against each other. The winner will play against the runner-up in the semi-finals. In the final, the winner of the semi-final will play against the winner. The winner of the final game is KNL 2018 champion.
