Cheonan City FC is a soccer franchise based out of Cheonan , South Korea . The franchise currently plays in the Korea National League , the third highest division in South Korea.

The franchise was founded in 2007 and has played in the Korea National League since the 2008 season .
In her first season in 2008, she reached 10th place in the Korea National League. In the following season the club was 10 again. The 2010 season lost better than the first two seasons. They finished the season in 5th place. In 2011 they ended the season in 9th place. The 2012 season they finished in 13th and penultimate place. The following season was her worst season yet. They finished the season in 10th place, last place. The 2014 season was better than the two previous seasons. You finished seventh. In 2015 they were 8. 2016 was much better than expected. Although the club had a losing streak in the middle of the season, they were still able to win the last 5 games. They failed because of the worse goal difference against Changwon FC at the championship tournament. They were missing two goals to qualify for the championship tournament.

rivalry
Cheonan City FC fans are at odds with Chungnam Asan FC ( Chungnam Derby ) fans because of their geographic proximity. Furthermore, they are also enemies with Seongnam FC due to the Cheonan era from 1996 to 1999. The fans do not maintain friendships with any other club.
