history
Foundation (2018)
In mid-2018, the Ulsan Football Association announced that a new club would be founded for the upcoming K3 League Basic season. The association was officially founded on December 22, 2018. The club's first coach was Yun Kyun-sang .
Premier season (2019)
In the premier season of Ulsan Citizen FC, the club competed in the Korean FA Cup and hosted Yonsei University at home . After a goalless draw, the club lost 4-5 on penalties and were eliminated in the first main round.
