Seoul Pabal FC was a soccer franchise based in the city of Seoul , South Korea . The club took part in the K3 League from 2007 to 2009 before they were banned from the K3 League due to a corruption scandal.
history
Seoul Pabal FC was founded in 2007 under the name Eunpyeong Chung-goo Sungshim Hospital FC and joined the K3 League. Bae Hyeong-ryeol was introduced as the club's first coach . In their first season in 2007 , the club finished the season in penultimate place with only 11 points. In the following season, the club was called Seoul Pabal FC. In 2008 the club improved to 12th place out of 16 teams. In 2009, the K3 League was overshadowed by a corruption scandal by Seoul Pabal FC. In the middle of the season, the club's players were arrested by the police and convicted of corruption. As a result, the K3 League Association excluded the club in the current 2009 season. Shortly thereafter, the association disbanded.
