The Korean FA Cup in 2018 was the 23rd edition of the football - cup competition for South Korean club teams have been. A total of 86 teams took part in the season. The defending champion was Ulsan Hyundai .
The cup tournament started on March 10, 2018 with the first round. The winner of the cup qualified for the group stage of the AFC Champions League 2019 .
