The K3 League Advance 2018 was the 12th season of the fourth highest South Korean soccer league and the second season under this name. Last year's champions were FC Pocheon . The regular season began on March 24th and ended in October 2018. After the regular season, the championship games were played.

Relegation

In the relegation was the 10th place in the K3 League Advance, as well as the play-off winner of the K3 League Basic 2018. The winner qualifies for the K3 League Advance 2019. Since Cheongju FC and Cheongju City FC merge, the relegation was not applicable and the play-off winner of the K3 League Basic Chungju Citizen FC was promoted automatically.
