• Hwaseong Shinwoo Electronics FC moved to Samcheok and was renamed Samcheok Shinwoo Electronics FC
• Goyang FC was renamed Goyang Citizen FC
• Namyangju United FC was renamed Namyangju Citizen FC

• Changwon Doodae FC resigned from the K3 League and disbanded as a club
• Seoul Pabal FC was banned from the K3 League after it became known that the club's players were involved in corruption

• The Daum company became a league sponsor
