The Korea National League 2010 was the eighth season of the second highest South Korean football league under this name. The game was played in 2 rounds. Hongcheon Idu FC were eliminated from the Korea National League in the middle of last season. In addition, Mokpo City FC and Yongin City FC joined the league and Nowon Hummel Korea FC moved to Chungju and was renamed Chungju Hummel FC . Suwon City FC won the title.

    The champions of the first half of the season took part in the championship games. In addition, the two best teams in the entire table also took part.
