The Korea National League 2006 was the fourth season of the second highest South Korean football league under this name. The game was played in 2 rounds. The winners of each round played for the title in the championship game. The 2005 Korea National League defending champion was Incheon Korail FC . For the new season, Uijeongbu Hummel Korea FC moved to Icheon and was renamed Icheon Hummel Korea FC. Icheon Sangmu FC also resigned from the league. There was also Busan Kyotong FC the league also included. Goyang KB Kookmin Bank FC won the title again.
