Korea Open 1999
The 1999 Korea Open in Badminton took place from January 12th to 17th, 1999 at Jangchung High School in Seoul . The prize money was $ 250,000. It was the 9th edition of the Korea Open. The main sponsors of the tournament were GF and Joo Bong. The tournament had six-star status in the World Badminton Grand Prix . 260 players from 19 countries took part in the tournament, which was televised by KBS, KSTV and STAR.
