Korea Open 1996

The 1996 Korea Open in Badminton took place January 21-27, 1996 at the Seoul National University Gymnasium in Seoul . The prize money was $ 125,000. It was the 6th edition of the Korea Open. The main sponsors of the tournament were GF and Joo Bong. The tournament had five-star status in the World Badminton Grand Prix . 250 players from 24 countries took part in the tournament, which was televised by MBC and STAR.
