The Kosma ( Russian Ко́сма ) is a left tributary of the Zilma in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug in the Komi Republic in northwestern Russia .

The Kosma rises on the eastern flank of the Timan Ridge in the autonomous district of the Nenets. It flows first to the southwest, then turns to the south-southeast along the Timan ridge. It flows into the Komi Republic and after 251 km meets the Zilma, which flows eastwards. The catchment area of the Kosma covers 4850 km².
