content

The film follows the four Finnish musicians, two of whom have Down syndrome and one of whom is autistic . The band's lead singer was born with Williams-Beuren Syndrome (WBS). The musicians use punk music as an outlet for their frustration in everyday life, for example when they cannot get coffee due to their disability. During the filming, the band gained fame and also performed abroad, including in Hamburg on the Reeperbahn . The film also accompanies the band during the production of their first DVD.

The reviews of the film are mostly benevolent. At Rotten Tomatoes , 100% of the reviews are positive with a total of 14 reviews; the average rating is 6.4 / 10. The industry journal Variety said the "funny, unusual and very human" film moves on "thin ice" and opens "a window to an alternative culture", to "human nature" and to the "very fine line between so-called normal people and those from the fringes of society ”. The Guardian judged the "lovable" film to be a "quiet" but "eloquent example" of how "punk serves the band as an outlet for their daily hurdles in life".
