The Los Barrios power plant ( Spanish Central térmica de Los Barrios ) is a coal-fired power plant in the municipality of Los Barrios , Cádiz province , Spain .

The installed capacity of the power plant is 568 (or 589) MW . It is owned by Viesgo and operated by Viesgo. The power plant went into operation in 1985. Viesgo announced in June 2020 that it would shut down the power plant; shutdown is expected in 2021 or 2022.

The power plant consists of one block. The following table gives an overview:
