The Krebsbach is an orographic left, about two kilometers long tributary of the Haferbach in Ostwestfalen-Lippe .

The Krebsbach has its source at Grester Lake and flows from its source in a northeasterly direction. It reaches the urban area of Lagens , touches Pottenhauser Heide in its course and flows through Ohrsen . In Ohrsen the brook flows into the Haferbach on the left at KM 2.1. While the creek was straightened and canalized in the upper and lower creek sections, the creek in the middle section still runs unaffected and curvy in its natural creek bed . The stream overcomes a height difference of 25 meters.
