Kristine Sutherland

Kristine Sutherland (* 17th April 1955 in Boise , Idaho , as Kristine Young ) is an American actress . She has been married to actor John Pankow since 1986 and has a daughter named Eleanore.

She became known for her role as Joyce Summers in the television series Buffy - The Vampire Slayer . In 1989 she starred in the movie Darling, I've Shrunk the Children With.

Sutherland attended high school in Lexington , Kentucky , where he participated in the Tates Creek Drama program .
