Kristlieb Adloff (born May 22, 1934 ) is a German Protestant theologian. He was pastor in Pullach / Isartal and Bochum , scientific assistant at the Ruhr University Bochum and theological lecturer at Neukirchner Verlag . As a lecturer in New Testament and homiletics, he taught at the Hermannsburg Missionary Seminar . He has been living in Wolfenbüttel since 1997 . Kristlieb Adloff sees himself as a biblical theologian who particularly tries to understand how the Christian faith is rooted in the Jewish religion . Aware of the immeasurable Christian guilt to the Jews "after Auschwitz" (cf. Art. Judaism p. 202) he tries to re-establish Christian theology, preaching and the practice of worship.
