KuK was a TV show on the WDR . It was conceived by the former editor Bernd Klütsch together with Ralf Abrahamsson and broadcast live from the Düsseldorf WDR studio from 1993 to 1997 from Monday to Friday from 6:05 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

content

Initially, the studio was similar to a pub, in which different people came to talk. From 1994 the pub gave way to a modern styled studio with the so-called "Kuk-Pit" as the center, where conversations were held and an integrated fax machine gave viewers the opportunity to take part in the program interactively. In addition to interviews with celebrities and extraordinary personalities, clips were shown that dealt with current topics from the Düsseldorf / Cologne area. The program fell victim to a restructuring of the WDR program and was broadcast for the last time on January 17, 1997.
