The national team of Cuba in baseball consists entirely of amateur players, as in the current Cuban system is provided. There are therefore no professional teams or leagues.

The Cuban national team has participated in all Summer Olympics since 1992. It was the most successful team since that time. The Cuban team won three gold medals and two silver medals. In March 2006, the Cuban national team reached the final of the World Baseball Classic . There they lost against Japan 10: 6.
