Kurt Kranich

Kurt Kranich (born January 25, 1922 in Karlsruhe ) is a German journalist and author .

In 1967, a series of articles published in the Badische Neuesten Nachrichten (BNN) became his book “Brigadedeutsch für Beginners”, which was printed by the city. In 1990 the fifth edition, now produced by the BNN (bath printing), came out.

Together with the Karlsruhe painter Werner Kornhas (1910–1992), Kurt Kranich published the illustrated book "s Dörfle ": the illustrated history of Karlsruhe's old town 1715–1964 as a calendar on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of Karlsruhe's founding .

In 1980 he published "from a soldier's war diary " about the Second World War (1939 to 1945).

The Karlsruhe journalist and author Doris Lott (* 1940) mentions Kranich in her book “My Karlsruhe - Stories from the Fan City” (Karlsruhe 2002, ISBN 3-88190-255-4 ) on page 9. The statement “Vom Glück in Karlsruhe zu Leben ”(later a book by Doris Lott) by him.
