Kurt Sachweh

Kurt Sachweh (born June 10, 1906 in Posen , † January 7, 1961 in Hanover ) was a National Socialist functionary and German politician ( GB / BHE ).

Life

Sachweh attended secondary school in Poznan from 1913 to 1916 and a humanistic grammar school there from 1917 to 1920 . From 1920 to 1926 he attended the Humanist Wilhelms-Gymnasium Kassel . From 1926 to 1933 he studied law and economics in Marburg, Munich, Rostock, Göttingen and Berlin. In 1933 he passed the First Great State Examination at the Higher Regional Court of Celle and in 1937 the Great State Examination in Berlin. From 1933 to 1937 he was a trainee lawyer in Berlin at the district court, the regional court , the higher court and the public prosecutor's office. From July 19, 1933 he was with AG Lichterfelde, from July 3, 1934 at LG Berlin (civil matters), from January 3, 1935 at a law firm, June 3, 1935 at LG Berlin (inquiries), August 8, 1935 at AG Berlin , October 30, 1935 at AG Schöneberg, March 1, 1936 at the Reichsheimstättenamt . From 1937 to 1939 he completed the legal preparatory service . From 1938 to 1939 he was an investigative judge at the Supreme Court of Honor and Disciplinary Court and the Court of Honor and Disciplinary Court of the DAF in Gau Berlin. From 1939 to 1945 he was a consultant and head of the finance department of the State Insurance Institute Braunschweig (with exemption for military service).

Sachweh visited the Hanns Kerrl community camp in Jüterbog from August 24 to October 17, 1936 and took part in a course for political training. On May 1, 1937, he joined the NSDAP ( membership number 4,575,991). In 1938 he completed a foreign policy course at the NSDAP's foreign policy training center in Berlin-Dahlem. In 1937 he was in the NSV and from 1938 to 1939 in the DAF. In July 1933 he joined the SA , where he achieved the rank of Rottenführer. From 1933 he was also a member of the National Socialist Lawyers' Association .

From June to November 1940 Sachweh completed a radio operator training. From March 2, 1942 he was a criminal judge in Zhitomir in the Ukraine. From 1945 he was a prisoner of war .

Sachweh was denazified in category V on October 16, 1948 by the main denazification committee in Neustadt am Rübenberge.

Sachweh was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament during the second electoral period from May 8 to July 3, 1953, to which he subsequently moved after the votes were recounted. He left after a few weeks, and was succeeded by Eberhard Stammer .
