Kurt von der Heyden-Rynsch

Kurt Bernhard Heinrich Freiherr von der Heyden-Rynsch II (born September 13, 1867 in Berlin , † December 31, 1916 in Dortmund ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Kurt von der Heyden-Rynsch was born as the son of Hermann von der Heyden-Rynsch and his wife Mathilde von Sydow. Before studying law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich , he was a one-year volunteer in the Hessian Jäger Battalion No. 11 and later a lieutenant in the reserve in the Guards Rifle Battalion. In 1889 he became a member of the Corps Franconia Munich . On November 19, 1891 he was sworn in as a court trainee and on December 6, 1893 he received the government trainee certificate . The appointment as court assessor fell on August 27, 1896. On April 7, 1899, he was transferred to the Dortmund District Office and on May 31 was entrusted with the provisional management of the authority. The definitive appointment as District Administrator of the Dortmund district dates from May 30, 1900. He remained in this position until his death at the end of 1916. He was the nephew of Otto von der Heyden-Rynsch , his predecessor in office. Kurt was also a member of the supervisory board of the Vereinigte Elektrizitätswerke Westfalen and the gasworks of the United Hellweg communities.
