The Kuwaiti women's handball national team is the selection of Kuwaiti handball players that the Kuwait Handball Association represents on an international level, for example in friendly matches against the teams of other national associations, but also in international competitions. The team's greatest successes are participation in the 2012 Asian Cup and third place (among five participants) at the 2015 Gulf Games.

On September 11, 2015, the International Handball Federation (IHF) suspended the Kuwaiti handball association KHA. Associated with this was the suspension of all handball activities in the country.
