The Malaysian women's national handball team is the selection of Malaysian handball players that the Malaysian Handball Federation represents on an international level, for example in friendly matches against the selection teams of other national associations, but also in international competitions. The only participation in an international tournament so far was at the 2018 Asian Games , the team has not yet participated in the Asian Cup.
