Lécaude is a town in the French Calvados department in Normandy . The municipality , which existed until January 1, 2017, belonged to the canton of Mézidon-Canon and the Arrondissement of Lisieux . She was a member of the Communauté de communes de la Vallée d'Auge . It was absorbed by a decree of September 8, 2016 in the newly created municipality of Mézidon Vallée d'Auge . Since then it has been a Commune deleguée . Neighboring towns are Monteille in the west, La Houblonnière in the north, Les Monceaux in the east, Le Mesnil-Simon in the south-east, Grandchamp-le-Château in the south and Le Mesnil-Mauger in the south-west.
