Lê Minh Khuê
Lê Minh Khuê , actually Lê Thị Minh Khuê , (born December 6, 1949 in Lan Châu , Thanh Hóa Province ) is a Vietnamese writer .
Life
Lê Minh Khuê was born in northern Vietnam. In the turmoil of land reform in Vietnam , she lost her parents and was raised by relatives. In 1965 she volunteered for the Vietnamese People's Army and later worked as a war reporter and worked as an editor for Hanoi television . After the end of the Vietnam War , she worked as a journalist and worked as a writer. She wrote short stories and published them in magazines and anthologies .
