The LG Telis Finanz Regensburg is an athletics community in Regensburg , consisting of the clubs DJK Regensburg Nord, LC Pentling , SG Painten, SG Post / Süd Regensburg , SG Waldetzenberg , SSV Jahn Regensburg , SV Lupburg , TSG Laaber , TSV Dietfurt , TV Hemau and DJK Ursensollen.
history
In order to counteract the increasing migration of talent from the region to the large athletics clubs in Germany, several clubs from Regensburg and the surrounding area joined forces on July 20, 1970 to form the Regensburg Athletics Association. In 1998 the Regensburg milk works were won as a sponsor and the athletics community was called LG Domspitzmilch Regensburg until 2007 . After the sponsor change to Telis Finanz AG in 2008, it is called LG Telis Finanz Regensburg .
