Remarks
- ↑ The first winner with a one-second lead was Jasmijn Lau from the Netherlands . The World Athletics Federation (IAAF) announced in January 2018 that Lau had passed a positive doping test on the day of the final. The IAAF did not accuse Lau of any wrongdoing because she had no knowledge of the substance contained in a tea, and therefore only disqualified her for that day. As part of the German championships in the 10 km road race 2019 in Siegburg, Dattke was subsequently awarded the gold medal.
