The Landeskrankenhaus Feldkirch is the main hospital in Vorarlberg and is located in the southern part of the city of Feldkirch in Tisis at Carinagasse 47. The LKH Feldkirch is a university teaching hospital and operates the Feldkirch health and nursing school .

Currently (2018) the LKH Feldkirch has a capacity of 615 beds. The new building took place in the years 1967–1972 at the current location.

The chief physician is Wolfgang Elsäßer, the nursing manager has been Michael Scheffknecht since October 7, 2011, and Harald Maikisch is the administrative director.
