LML sensation
The LML Sensation is a scooter model from the Indian manufacturer LML ( Lohia Machinery Limited ), which came onto the market in 1996. When the plant closed in February 2006, production of the LML Sensation was discontinued.
Model description
The LML Sensation is optically the same as the Vespa PK XL 2 and is also technically similar . The LML Pulse , also produced by LML, was also based on the smallfram sheet steel chassis of the Italian Vespa PK model, but it differs from the Italian model primarily in terms of its front cover.
The LML sensation was there with gebläsegekühltem 125-cm 3 - two-stroke engine and was also available as ES version with electric starter. The fan-cooled 125-cm 3 -Einzylinder two-stroke engine has a maximum motor power of 4.8 kW and 6.6 horsepower at a speed of 5,250 min -1 . Power is transmitted via a manual 4-speed gearbox. The empty weight is 94 kg, plus a tank capacity of 4.5 l. Fresh oil lubrication is carried out with an oil / petrol mix ratio of 1:50. Like the Vespa model, drum brakes were used on both wheels .

After the reopening of the LML plant, the focus was initially on the international marketing of the LML NV successor models based on the Vespa PX , which are known in Europe under the sales name LML Star .
In 2011 a new edition of the LML Sensation 125 with a four-stroke engine and Variomatic gearbox was reported and in November an "LML Star Deluxe" on a Vespa PK chassis was presented at the Salon de la Moto et du Scooter in Paris . A year later, however, the Star 150 4T Automatica was presented on a PX chassis at the EICMA in Milan . So far, according to the website, only LML scooters based on Vespa PX have been sold as “Star Deluxe” special models, and since 2013 the 125 cm 3 automatic version has also been sold.
